Phase 1 – Welcome Week
Here’s where it all starts. Based on your answers to the health and performance questionnaire, Coach will design your custom program. Then you’ll set goals and gather any equipment you’ll need and download the Trainerize app.
Phase 2 – Kick-Off
It’s week 1, time to get excited! You’ll touch base with Coach Paul to review your program and process. Then you’ll start your workouts.
Phase 3 – Execution
Keep track of your progress with weekly check-ins. We’ll review your previous week, noting what went well, and adjust your plan as necessary. Every 4 weeks you’ll have a 1-on-1 call with Coach to review your program and strategize.
Phase 4 – Close Out
You’ve done it! You’ve completed your program and are ready to hit the road running on your own. There’s also the option to extend your program if you want to continue working with Coach.
What’s Included
Trainerize App
A free subscription to this app allows you to keep track of your scheduled workouts and access messaging. It’s your hub for all your program information.
Initial Assessment
Coach Paul will go over your current lifestyle (nutrition, sleep, exercise, etc.) and your goals, in order to build your plan. We’ll also talk about your training experience and your work/life schedule.
Accountability
You will receive weekly progress assessments, a 1-on-1 coaching call every 4 weeks, and be able to join teams and compete with other players.
Custom Training Program
You will have complete access to all of the Fit & Prime training programs, allowing you to use our pre-made workouts or customize your own.
Tailored Nutrition
With complete access to our nutrition programs, you’ll be able to build custom meal plans that meet your nutritional targets.

With over 25 years of experience in weightlifting and competitive athletics, I know a thing or two about how to optimize your fitness around a busy schedule. Together we’ll build a program that gets you in your PRIME mentally, physically, and emotionally with the least amount of time and effort.
